This is some japanese meat 'n potato stew. Its great on a rainy like today. Potatos in this one are flavorful, but not enough meat and the stew broth is a little bit weaker than i like. (398yen) had this with a package of boneless fried chicken (218yen) that was pretty good but a bit too oily.

This was really yummy. 5 flavor lunchbox. Two types of really good meat... salmon, left & roast on the right. it came with a nice "italian dressing" package (small green package above lunchbox) which was some "sweetーzestyーsourーtangyーbuttery" flavor... not sure how they got all the flavors in one package, but great compliment for the meat. the salads were potato (nice but i like mayo in my potato salad) and pumpkin salad (sweet and yummy) and some kinda boring speggheti. Had this with some japanese (green) plum juice.

You might be noticing a few things about this entry: its using a blurry lofi picture, the update format is gone, and its really late. That all can be answered by explaining I've been sent to the middle of nowhere on a temp help shift at work. The net i can use is a super slow wifi connection. So i tethered this blog to my cellphone so i can maybe update more.

This was a curry and beef on rice bowl from a countryside conbini. The beef was kinda stringy but good. The curry was spot on, well, in a Japanese sweet curry kinda way. Great deal, 390yen. The gyoza (potstickers) next to it were kinda odd. They werent bad but they had this one strong tasting meat in it, just pieces of it not only that one, that was really strange (about 280yen). Had this with some lemon water drink thing (large carton for 120yen).
