This was normally 580yen but was on sale. More spicy than I thought, but not bad. The meat was more skin than meat. The rice was brittle.

I've had many bento like this. Fried egg crumbs, ground beef, and strips of (in this case) chicken on rice. Simple but effective. I also put a (21yen) sesame seed salad dressing pack on top for extra flavor. Nice lunch.
