My college friend was in town and we went out to see the giant Buddha in Chiba. This thing is massive, and I live going to see. I went there a few times now, but it makes a great bento day trip. This particular bento was ace. I was in heaven. Good food, good weather, good conversation and good location. Who could ask for more? And although I already have one bento in this location, I went home in a new way so I think I'll still video blog about it.

It was a nice day (spring is here!) so I went out to a park near my work. I picked up this rice ball bento and enjoyed. The rice was bland and unimpressive though. The small side tissues were a rainbow of tastes though, that was great! Fried eggs, hamburger patty, spaghetti, etc. that was great value. Overall, nice bento.
